The Pride and Prejudice Play

September 29th, 2007

“It is a truth universally acknowledged, that a single man in possession of a good fortune, must be in want of a wife.”

So begins the classic and beloved tale of Pride and Prejudice, by Jane Austen. We the Willi, and our friends at our church, have long enjoyed the novel’s wit, humor, and Victorian dignity. So, over the summer, we’ve been working on a play!

The following images are a preview – partly to test out a new image viewer plugin that I installed…. :) The production date is set a couple of weeks from now. I doubt we’ll be completely polished – but we’ll have fun anyway!

Here there be comments...

    Elizabeth,

Hey there! Thanks for stopping by! I hope you will visit often. We’re all looking forward to seeing you guys – I can’t wait! We’ll be praying for you Mom; I hope you will still be able to make it to our little production. As we’ve said before, it won’t be perfect or polished, but I think it will be lots of fun, both for our cast and the audience. See you soon!
