I just know that as you have said, we have shared much together, and all I know is I just feel so full of memories. Just full to the brim. It's a wonderful feeling (even though - or perhaps because - it is tinged with such sweet, terrific sadness). And yes Esther, I love you both very much, and I smiled because I was happy, very happy; I only ever smile in the way I feel. And that moment I felt such grandness that I guess it ran over.
