    Looks like fun! I think that’s the same black snake we had in our backyard last week. He looks to be the exact same snake! We hope you enjoy living in the country as much as we do! When you get settled, come see us!

    @Andrew

    Actually, we still don’t have internet. :( I posted this post (and this comment) sitting in a library with free wi-fi!

    When’s the house warming party?
    Delightful…just like little house on the prairie! I am so happy to see these pictures and your new home! I love the wide open kitchen and living areas, and Donna, your description of the land was perfect! Can you hear me smiling for you??

    (One question…what’s with the brush fire?)

    Keep those photos coming…visuals help us all feel closer to you by sharing your experiences. Also, I LOVE your website and technology capabilities…very cool!

    Have fun unpacking!

    Oh my gosh, is that a rat snake!? I can’t believe how cool that is, it’s so beautiful, I am feeling very jealous right now! I hope you didn’t kill it or anything rotten like that! So sweet. Some fab pictures there, number 2 with the daisy is particularly spectacular, nods to whoever’s responsible. The ones with the big leaves are really grand, I love those. My favorite is of course 19, I’ve just got to love that machete queen. So happy. Carry on.

    @Kim Nisbett
    We’d love to visit you guys!

    I did a quick search on google maps – 10 hours and 20 minutes from our house to yours. Ouch….. That’s almost as long as here to our old home in NY.

    I guess when we do visit, we’ll be staying at least a few days! :)

Throw in your 2 cents. Or 10. Actually, we'll take as much as you give us.
