In the Studio for the First Time!

Yep, we finally did it. We recorded a song in the studio!

I couldn’t believe how nervous I was at first, but the experience turned out to be extremely enjoyable! It’s really cool to work with tons of fancy pants equipment that you have no clue how to operate.

Coming up soon (hopefully) will be the track that we recorded, and a little video. Right now we’re trying to figure out copyright stuff…. As soon as we get that squared away, we’ll post the mp3 song for you to download!

I’ll leave you with a picture of Kasie singing to whet your appetite.

Well, singing in a recording studio is one of those things on my list.

Now, for you guys – it is not a selfish act, since you can sing and play instruments – and dance, too, I’ve seen the videos! But for me, considering I can sing (can’t everyone??) – but only the family pets seem to appreciate it – in my case singing truly is nothing more than a ‘joyful noise’ *smile* – so there you have it – a confession. Oh I LOVE to sing – but alas, not the earth-moving gift that I wish it to be.

Ah well!

Congrats on this latest venture! Can’t wait to see and hear more!
