All is Ready…

October 31st, 2008

We worked hard last week putting the fence up…

…the electric rope is in fine, working condition…

…now all is ready for the horses!

No, they’re not our horses. However, when our friends from church needed a place to board their two horses, we suggested that they be kept here at Providence Glen. And as I’m sure you’ve already surmised at this point, they agreed!

Those of our readers who know mine and Angie’s love for horses can imagine how excited we are! I haven’t been horseback riding since we moved from N.Y., but in just a few weeks we’ll be able to ride “Harley” and “Kristi” whenever we wish! The horses won’t be here forever, since our friends are in the middle of moving out of state. But even so, isn’t that simply awesome?

Keep a look out for future posts concerning the subject!

You’re getting the benefits of having horses without all of the cost. That’s great!

All the benefits, except one; they’re not OUR horses, which does make a difference in how you can treat, train, and care for them.

But hey, close enough! (for now, at least…) :-) I’m just so happy!
