When night comes, they disappear for a while - hopefully hunting down rabbits and mice! @Sheila Hey there! :-) Yes, the cats are meant to eat all the pesky little animals that eat food in our gardens. I'm not sure if they've actually killed anything yet - or at least they haven't brought any carcasses to our back door! (not as of yet anyway: keep in mind they've only been here two weeks) But we feed them only a little so that they're encouraged to hunt for the rest of their meal. Cats are great for keeping the number of mice and such down! They are, after all, natural born hunters. And as for who else will be joining us at Providence Glen, there will be a post on that coming up! @Earwen
