A Day at the Park

Nate and Evan just turned 17 and 15 this past month!

Birthdays are, of course, a cause for celebration! so we went with our friends to the local park to spend the day.

Anyone who says swing sets are just for little kids, obviously doesn't know what he's talking about. :-)

You didn't think you'd get out of getting your picture taken, at your own birthday party, did you?

After swinging, it was off to the skate board park! We roller bladed and played around on Evan's "rib-stick", but no skateboards. :-)

We taught Ashlee how to roller blade - go Ashlee!

Am I the only one who loves these shoes? They're awesome!

After wearing ourselves out on the swings, roller blades and monkey bars, we met back at our house where we topped the party off with a potluck dinner and games.

Hope you had a great time, boys! But then I suppose I really can’t call them “boys” anymore…:-) Happy birthday, gentlemen!
