Yes, another one. This time, however, we got to dance in the new addition! Our friends did a fabulous job of building a second floor to their barn (which we’ve used for parties and New Year’s festivities). It was gorgeous! They had to raise the floor in a certain area in order to fit large machinery downstairs, so upstairs it made a stage! We even danced on it for a time. The whole place looked lovely with decorations of stringed white lights, cowboy bandannas and rustic antiques to add to the atmosphere

Not shown in the pictures was our game of “Duck, duck, goose” on the stage! Yes, we’re all teenagers or older, and we played Duck, Duck Goose. We found out that one of our party had (gasp!) never had the pleasure as a child, so we simply had to play. It’s actually a pretty fun game! You should try it. Really!
